Class Description

Overview:

In this course, students will learn how to support PC hardware in a business setting, including installation, troubleshooting, and component replacement. The target student for this course is responsible for maintaining PCs in their workplace.

Who Should Attend:

Entry-level IT professional or PC service technician with basic skills in installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems, but without extensive field experience or specific competencies in technical support for hardware and operating systems. In addition, candidates for CompTIA A+ certification.

At Course Completion:
